Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
At Maison 2B, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund option within 15 working days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/change:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- The item must not be personalized. *
* Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Each creation is crafted uniquely for the client (design, material, uploaded image, etc.) and cannot be resold or reused.
Note: Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us at contact@maison2b.com beforehand.
* Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards (however, the value can be added to your Maison 2B wallet for future use).
- Personalized Products **
** We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before confirming your order. Our team is always available to assist you throughout the personalization process.
* Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 15 working days after delivery.
1. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Upon request, the refund amount will alternatively be added to your Maison 2B personal wallet for future purchases.
- Otherwise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
1.1. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider—some delays may occur before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times may vary.
If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at contact@maison2b.com with your Customer ID and Order Number.
2. Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For replacement inquiries, please contact us at contact@maison2b.com, and we will guide you through the process.
3. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
- Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves:
- A refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
4. Shipping returns
If your returned item is eligible for a refund, you will be emailed detailed return shipping instructions.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.
